Funny Video

Jimmy loves to make videos! He is also counting to two now!

Tomorrow Jimmy and I are going down to Clanton to meet up with our friends Jess, Moseley, Catherine, and James. I asked Jimmy twice today if he was excited about going to see his buddies James and Moseley. Both times he said "Maybe."   LOL!!! Where did he pick that up from. I can't wait to go tomorrow, hopefully Jimmy will get a better attitude about it :) We love spending time with them.

Sunday Best

This morning we watched our Panama City church online, in our Pajamas!!! I had to take a picture of Jimmy in his Sunday best. Check out the slippers!

When I was pregnant with Jimmy his nickname was "Toots", needless to say pregnancy upset my tummy. Jimmy is turning in to quite the tooter, and now seems to find it funny. I guess it's just part of the little boy makeup, that they think it's funny. He will toot, looks at daddy and laugh. Allan could not be prouder. (How redneck is that! :) Jimmy also likes to scratch his bottom when I change his diaper, he is a true Al Bundy.

A Wonderful Day

Today was such a busy day, but a wonderful one. Jimmy woke up at 7 and played in his crib for about 20 minutes, so it game me time to get ready. We drove to a local consignment sale, ran in out my name on stuff to hold. Then we went to Gymboree and he had so much fun today. Since he started walking, he ran all over the class room and was really into it today. We then went back to the consignment sale and checked out, and off to Whole Foods story time. We had never been to story time, and it was very well organized to my surprise. I met up with Amy and Jennifer there and we ate lunch and headed to the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. By this time I was sure Jimmy was going to have a break down because it was 12:30 and had not taken a nap yet. To my surprise he was so well behaved and really enjoyed walking around the gardens and taking pictures. Erin, Caleb, and Zoe also had fun running around. All four kids were ready for a nap by 1:45 and Jimmy passed out in the car. He took a 2.5 hour nap when we got home. Jimmy played outside with Caleb and Zoe later this afternoon. I love my child more than anything, but today seemed super special because he was in a great mode all day and willing to give lots of kisses. God is so wonderful to give me such a beautiful child inside and out. When I tell him I love him, he blows kisses to me. The incenses of a child is so amazing. Click here to see more pics

Lesson Learned

Jimmy refuses to wear a bib anymore to eat, but he has gotten really good at not spilling. He has also been trying to use a fork and spoon, but really has no idea what to do with them. Tonight I made rice with dinner, BIG mistake to give to a 15 month old. I should have taken a picture of him covered in it. He loved eating it, but only 50% made it in his mouth. So to clean up I got out the Dust Buster to vacuum it right off of him! :) He got a real kick out of it!

Ok finally....

Well Monday afternoon Jimmy took off finally and is walking all over the place all by himself. He waited until we got home from our trip and just took off. No stopping him now, I feel like I am chasing him all the time! But I love every minute of it and he looks so proud of himself. GO JIMMY!

Today my Uncle Bill and Aunt Marilyn came to visit from Meridian, Mississippi. Uncle Bill had a meeting here in Birmingham, so we had lunch with him at my mom's house. My Uncle Bill is my mom's oldest brother.

Back to my own bed

Back on March 13th we left town around 10am to go to Panama City for the weekend. About 30 minutes into the drive Allan says, "Why don't we go to Jacksonville after Panama City, and then to Savannah, make a road trip out of this?" (his business partner lives in Jacksonville, and his sister and brother-in-law in Savannah)  Little did we know that we would be putting a contract down on a house in Panama City. I had nothing planned so we decided  to go for it.  We had a great time in Panama City and stayed there until Tuesday. We stopped in Tallahassee to eat lunch with Lacy (Allan's youngest sister), and drove to Jacksonville. We stayed in a hotel, but had a great time with the Bristol family. We had the pleasure of going to the Jacksonville Zoo, which was amazing. Jimmy was really out of sorts by now and CRANKY! He was not sleeping well and cried at the drop of a hat. We left Jacksonville on Friday and drove up to Savannah to visit Alicia and Steven. We had a great time with them doing nothing!!! It was great to just sit around and talk. We did make it out to a coffee shop called "Monkey Love" where I ate some monkey poop! (Melted up chocolate, marshmallows, and gram crackers!! YUMM) Easter morning we packed up and headed back to Birmingham, after a few missed turns we made it home!!! The Easter bunny came for Jimmy once we got home. After a LONG nap we went over to my mom's house for Easter Dinner. Mom, Becca, Chris, and Michael were there. We had a wonderful road-trip for ten days, but we are very happy to be home and sleeping in our own beds. Now we get to start packing for our big move!!!! :)

We went back and forth about the price and closing cost. We will be closing on May 16th!!! I will miss everyone in Birmingham, but I know we will be visiting a bunch! Keep us in your prayers please.

New Toy!
We sold my old Mac laptop and bought a new Mac Air!!!! I am totally in love with it. I have lost alot of my contact's from email, so please email me your email address!

All Boy

While I was getting a pedicure today, Allan took Jimmy out to the bay to play. My in-laws live right on the bay here in Panama City. Jimmy loved playing in the wet sand and splashing around.

We are down in Panama City with Allan's family right now. The first night we were here Jimmy tries to show off and walk around a whole bunch, so of course he falls and hits a table. He gets his second black eye! Then yesterday he was walking in the kitchen and fell on a basket. He has scratched all over the same side of his face as his black eye. He looks like he has been in a bar fight. Poor little boy!

First day black eye

Second day mess!

Just wait for day three pics!?!?!?

Jimmy can sit forever and read a book. I thought this was so cute, he crawled up in his chair and was sitting in the living room by himself reading. Of course it is a good book about Auburn.

Night, Night

Since Jimmy has had a cold and bad congestion I gave him a pillow to sleep with. I could not help but take a picture, he looks so cute sleeping.

Happy Early Saint Patrick's Day

Today my MOMs Club had an early Saint Patrick's day party. Jimmy was doing very well walking around and acting like a little tornado! He kept squeezing other kids Capri Sun drinks all over the place and one all over me. He also enjoyed eating other kids food and eating grass, I think a little mischievous leprechaun was telling him how to be wild. He was asleep within 2 seconds in the car.

He's not a baby anymore :(

Allan took these great pictures of Jimmy outside yesterday. They break my heart because I now realize he really is not a baby anymore. Look out world here comes Jimmy Branch!!!

I love you, you love me....

When we were in Pittsburgh my brother Michael, introduced Jimmy to Barney. I have never been a Barney fan, but guess what....I LOVE BARNEY! I am NOT a believer in letting the tv babysit my child, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Jimmy has been sick the last couple of days so we have been watching some Barney. These pictures were taken the other night while I was cooking dinner. Jimmy looks like an old man.

Babble Babble Video

I took this video this morning of our babbling little boy! What a cutie if I do say so myself. While I was uploading this video I looked up and he stood up from his chair and walked 7-8 steps by himself! We are so close!

Happy 4th Anniversary Allan

Today is our 4th Anniversary, and I fall more and more in love with Allan every day. We have been together 7 years today, we had our first date 3 years to the day before our wedding day. Allan dedicates himself to his family with his whole heart. He works so hard to provide for us. I can not thank him enough for all that he does. Allan surprised me with 3 dozen roses this morning that he had arranged himself. What a treat! We had planned on going to lunch and a movie today and driving to Panama City, but Jimmy is sick now and I don't feel so hot. So this afternoon after I had already packed, we decided to wait until next weekend to go to PC. Poor Jimmy has a runny nose and congested. Fun Fun!

One Size Fits All

I got a good laugh out of seeing all of our shoes piled up, so I had to take a picture. I think all of them could fit inside of each other. Jimmy 5.5XW Anna 5.5 Allan 15!!! Good grief!

Goof Ball!

Jimmy is down right goofy! I guess he thinks he is a puppy dog.
